1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy explains what is not allowed when using Chatsifieds.com, including Phrase Wall, quizzes, certificates, business enquiry forms, sponsor cards and partner features.
2. No unlawful or harmful use
You must not use Chatsifieds.com for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, exploitative, misleading or unsafe activity.
3. Website security
You must not attempt to hack, scan, overload, scrape at scale, bypass security, access non-public systems, interfere with website systems, upload malware, abuse forms, automate spam submissions or attempt to obtain another person’s data.
4. Phrase Wall and content submissions
You must not submit phrases, examples, replies, offers, business descriptions or links that are unlawful, misleading, copied without permission, offensive, sexually explicit, hateful, spammy, unsafe, confidential or unsuitable for a general learning audience.
5. Business and sponsor misuse
Business users must not submit false prices, fake discounts, unavailable offers, misleading “student deal” claims, impersonated businesses, unauthorised logos, false reviews, deceptive links or offers that cannot reasonably be supplied.
6. No misuse of learner information
You must not collect, harvest, profile, contact or market to learners through Chatsifieds.com unless we expressly allow it and the activity complies with privacy, spam and consumer laws.
7. No unauthorised commercial copying
You must not copy, reproduce, scrape, republish, package, resell or commercially exploit Phrase Wall content, quizzes, lesson pages or website materials without written permission, except as permitted by law.
8. Enforcement
We may remove content, suspend features, refuse sponsorships, block access, report unlawful activity or take other steps if we believe this policy has been breached.
