1. Lawful use
Do not use Chatsifieds for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, exploitative, misleading, harmful or unsafe activity.
2. Security and service integrity
Do not attempt unauthorised access, vulnerability exploitation, credential abuse, malware distribution, denial-of-service activity, destructive scanning, rate-limit bypass, form abuse or interference with non-public systems.
3. Automated access and scraping
Normal search-engine indexing consistent with our published crawler controls is permitted. Do not use high-volume or evasive automated access to copy, reconstruct, resell or commercially exploit the site, or to degrade availability. Copyright and statutory exceptions remain subject to applicable law.
4. Spam and harvesting
Do not harvest email addresses, learner details or business contact information from Chatsifieds for unsolicited marketing. Do not automate spam submissions or use Chatsifieds to send deceptive commercial messages.
5. Submissions
Do not submit unlawful, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, exploitative, malicious, confidential, misleading, infringing or privacy-invasive content. Do not upload another person's personal information without authority.
6. Business and sponsor misuse
Do not submit false prices, fabricated discounts, fake reviews, unavailable bait offers, false qualifications, unauthorised logos, deceptive claims or promotions that cannot reasonably be supplied.
7. No learner profiling by partners
A sponsor must not attempt to identify, profile or contact individual learners using Chatsifieds learning activity unless Chatsifieds has expressly implemented a lawful feature for that purpose and all required notices/consents apply. The current sponsorship model does not give partners access to private My Learning progress or raw Search English queries.
8. Enforcement
We may take proportionate steps such as blocking abusive traffic, rejecting/removing content, suspending a partner placement or reporting serious unlawful activity. Paid-service consequences remain subject to the written agreement and applicable law.
