1. Purpose
This policy explains refunds, cancellations and Australian Consumer Law rights for paid Chatsifieds.com services, including Phrase Wall sponsorships, partner cards, setup work and related business services.
2. Free learning content
Most learner-facing content on Chatsifieds.com is free to access. Refunds do not apply to free public content.
3. Standard sponsorship pricing
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, our standard package examples are:
- Starter Phrase — $49 per month.
- Phrase Partner — $99 per month.
- Category Sponsor — $299 per month.
- Founding Partner — $999 for 6 months.
- Optional setup fee — from $199 one-off, where agreed before work starts.
4. Setup fees
Setup fees may cover onboarding, page setup, copy preparation, sponsor card setup, offer formatting, image handling, basic reporting setup or related work. Setup fees are generally not refundable once setup work has started, except where required by law or agreed in writing.
5. Monthly sponsorship cancellation
Monthly sponsorships may usually be cancelled for future billing by giving written notice before the next billing period. Unless required by law or agreed in writing, fees already paid for a current month are not automatically refunded because the sponsor changes their mind, pauses an offer, or no longer wants the placement.
6. Founding Partner package
The Founding Partner package is a 6-month package. Refunds for unused time may depend on the written agreement, work already performed, benefits already delivered and any rights that apply under Australian Consumer Law.
7. No refund for business results alone
Unless expressly agreed in writing, we do not provide refunds simply because a sponsorship did not produce a particular number of sales, visits, clicks, enquiries, search rankings, student redemptions or business results.
8. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies rights, guarantees, remedies or protections that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. If services are not supplied with due care and skill, are not fit for an agreed purpose, or are not supplied within a reasonable time where no time is set, you may have rights that cannot be limited by this policy.
9. Partner offer disputes
If a student or customer has an issue with a product, service, discount or offer supplied by a third-party business, the supplier business is responsible for handling that issue. Chatsifieds.com is not the supplier of third-party products or services unless we clearly state otherwise.
